Frequently Asked Questions
You do not have to bring anything, just yourself, if you have some nice snuggly socks this is always a good idea to keep your feet warm as some people get cold. We have all you need, extra blankets etc. in the studio, everything is provided. You will be served with a lovely cup of tea of your choice at the end of your session.
Do I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
The sessions are 60 mins and we start promptly. Please arrive 5 mins before your session time. Any late arrivals will still end at the required time so we can get ready for the next client. So if you are late this eats into your session time.
How long is the Session?
Booking a session is easy; just click on the booking link, select your preferred date/time to secure your spot. If you can’t find a suitable time, please message us as we might be able to offer an alternative date/time with enough notice.
HOW DO I BOOK
You can find us in the centre of Avalon Beach, Old Barrenjuoey Road, NSW 2107. Bookings are by appointment only as we have limited time slots. Session times are currently on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. However, if you need a session and can't find a suitable date, please reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. All details, along with the full address, will be sent to you as soon as your booking is confirmed.
WHERE IS THE STUDIO
We request a minimum of 48 hours notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, we understand that life gets in the way and things happen so we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible.
DO YOU HAVE A REFUND & Cancellation POLICY?
The reason we ask for payment up front is to avoid asking for this at the end of the session when you are nice and relaxed. Most clients will go into a very deep relaxation, and the last thing they want to do at the end is worry about money and payment, so we remove this from the session altogether.
